The Destination Luxury team was courteously invited by Bon Appétit for their 2015 annual Vegas Uncork’d event. This was the ultimate culinary experience for all foodies alike. They brought the heat, seasoning, meat, champagne, and indulgence, all serving as memories to last a lifetime.

This four day event saw all the major celebrity chefs, from Gordon Ramsey, Michael Mina, Guy Savoy, Francois Payard, Emeril Legasse, Shawn McClain, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Julian Serrano, Jean Philippe Maury, among many many others. There were more Michelin stars in one square mile than in the entire world combined.

Each bite only ascertained the simple truth that Vegas Uncork’d is tough to compete with and one of the best culinary experiences in the world. Bon Appétit outdid itself with this one.

The four day extravaganza was filled with laughs, triumphs, and battles between man and food. The tenderness of each dish only exacerbates the extravagance of Vegas. Here’s the full spread of the magnificence that is Vegas Uncork’d 2015:

Destination Luxury’s travel and lifestyle Director, Raj Sagar, and Celebrity Chef, Gordon Ramsay, pose for the camera.

This Duck à l’Orange was the definition of bliss. If every person was able to bite through this, mankind would be one step closer to world peace.

Smile! Shot right before the event commenced, this was the first photo of the trip.

This is not your standard beef brisket gravy with truffled mushrooms. It was gifted by the gods.

Emeril Lagasse prepared his tuna steak to perfection. It was seared and sliced to melt with decadence after every bite.

The crowd maneuvered around each other and dodged the terse winds to grab their next bite. Caesar’s Palace surged with energy and flavor.

Chef Roy Ellamar hosted Beer and the Beast at Sensi at the Bellagio and roasted a full pig.

Chefs Julian Serrano, Jean Philippe Maury, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Shawn McClain and Michael Mina strike their cheery smiles before the day’s event.

Emeril Lagasse host a seafood challenge with Michael Mina. Elsa Jenstad and Emeril Lagasse triumphantly celebrate her victory after the Chase Sapphire Preferred Grill Challenge.

Lights. Camera. Action. Here’s the general view of Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit’s Grand Tasting event at Caesar’s Palace. Aside from the thrashing wind, this night was perfect.

Have you ever tried or even heard of foie gras parfait coated with jam? That’s precisely why this dish was our personal favorite. Thank you Julian Serrano for introducing us to such an anomaly.

Our lifestyle editor, Raj Sagar, striking a pose with one of his favorite chefs, Hubert Keller. Say cheese!

Guy Savoy graciously greeted us and his guests as we walked into the Premier Pairings with Krug Champagne & Guy Savoy. This meal was decadently paired.

Jean-Georges Vongerichten showing off his Prime Dry Aged Rib-Eye dish.

We enjoyed our tuna steak, mildly seasoned with peppers and basil pesto with a tinge of yogurt.

He’s chilling and grilling. The event was filled with all kinds of food fare.

Chef Francois Payard crafted the desserts for the evening. It was rich in texture, chocolate, and savory with every bite. We got our sugar fix for the weekend.

Bacchanal Buffet served a delicate caviar dish served in individual tins by Chef Ryan Nuqui.

Each chef presented their dishes in ubiquitous ways. Pictured, you’ll find this cocktail finely assembled on the ice ensemble.

Move over Oscar selfie, we’re going to break the Internet. There’s one too many celebrity chefs gathered for this one picture.

Guy Savoy was a hit throughout the event. His presentation was marvelous.

We hope you enjoyed the Vegas Uncork’d 2015 event. It was one for the record books.
