Famed Japanese Chef Toru Okuda has the Michelin star Midas touch!  Every restaurant he opens gets garnished with Michelin Stars…and that is not an easy task.  When he opened Okuda Paris is October 2013, just 6 months later, he was awarded 1 Michelin star.
