As you drive through the Tryall Club entrance with its 20 king palm trees, you know your final destination will be breathtaking. You continue through the lush tropical greenery, colorful bougainvillea and thousand-year-old banyan trees, eventually reaching the top of the prestigious Barnes Hill.

Entering Hummingbird House, you are greeted with an expansive 2,500 square foot colonial-style living room with a 180 degree view of clear blue water and sky. As you gaze upon the 50 foot long infinity pool, you relax…it’s about time.

Hummingbird House is a newly refurbished 14,000 square foot premier villa. This four acre estate was built in a traditional English Colonial style by famed architect Nancy Maffessanti with interior design by Sue Williams.

This property has seven luxury guestrooms which comfortably sleeps 14. Six of the seven guestrooms have gorgeous views of the rolling club fairways and magnificent Caribbean Sea. Each guestroom has its own private bath; five with spectacular ocean views from their outdoor showers.

 

The Hummingbird House has one of the most spectacular 180 degree views in the world.  With a pristine never-ending infinity pool, you have the backdrop of the crisp clear aqua Caribbean Sea. Of the seven guestrooms, there are two master suites. One suite sits on the east end of the property and boasts an incredible 270 degree view with its own magnificent plunge pool. The second master suite has its own soaking tub with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It doesn’t get any more luxurious than these two rooms!

There are flat screen HD televisions in every guestroom, along with a 70’ HD flat screen and Wi-Fi media center in the living room.

This residence’s configuration is great for two couples traveling with children, as a family gathering place for holidays or special occasions like weddings, and is perfect for corporate retreats. Four guestrooms can be configured as queens or two double beds based on the guests preference. Depending on the time of year, guests can rent five, six or seven guestrooms of this fantastic residence.

Our private chef will be available to prepare your meals daily and offer some of his signature creations. You can feast on fresh grilled Caribbean lobster, whole fresh grouper or traditional Jamaican jerk chicken with peas and rice.
