TING'S EURO-ASIAN FUSION IN LONDON-SHANGRILA.

Shangri-la never falls short of perfection.

TING restaurant features an elegant and contemporary setting of Chinoiserie design and presents a modern European menu with subtle Asian influences, while featuring dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.

Welcome to TING – a magical dining experience accompanied by romantic views to make you fall in love with London. “Our produce and cuisine is rooted in nature, featuring the finest locally and ethically-sourced ingredients.”  This is just one of many reasons to visit TING (link), but the food speaks for itself.

While the restaurant is world class,  TING also has its roots firmly set at home – its literal Chinese translations is ‘living room,’  which should give you some idea of how this place feels. Both the restaurant and lounge that make up TING – on level 35 of The Shard – serve quality food with a leisurely feel.

The restaurant features views overlooking the River Thames, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, Maritime Greenwich and out towards the historic counties of Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Service, class, and luxury for the client come first at TING.  The best part aside from dinner service was watching the sunset over London while monuments like The London Eye and The Tower bridge light up the city sky.  Below are some of the culinary experiences you don’t want to miss:
Foie Gras.

Coffee, apple, caramel

Hand Dived Scallops.

Hand-dived scallops from the northwest Highland coast, cooked a la plancha and served with carrot, ginger and a light yuzu and grape seed oil dressing.

Rhug Estate Organic Lamb Loin.

(The Rhubarb Triangle is located in West Yorkshire and is famous for producing the plant.)

John Dory.
