Guests will be able to limit in-person contact by using the World of Hyatt mobile app to check in and check out, enter their rooms, order room service, cast shows on the TV using Chromecast, and much more. For travelers who prefer to check in with a team member, the process will be done outdoors at the hotelâs front entrance.

In order to keep guests and team members safe, Andaz West Hollywood has implemented new operational guidelines and protocols that are a part of Hyattâs Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment including training employees about new processes for hygiene and cleanliness, constantly cleaning public areas, placing hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel, ensuring employees wear protective masks and equipment, and enforcing social distancing. In addition, the hotel will keep lobby-level doors and windows open to allow for air flow as well as doors will be open at the ends of each of the 14-story building.
