This four day event saw all the major celebrity chefs, from Gordon Ramsey, Michael Mina, Guy Savoy, Francois Payard, Emeril Legasse, Shawn McClain, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Julian Serrano, Jean Philippe Maury, among many many others. There were more Michelin stars in one square mile than in the entire world combined.
Each bite only ascertained the simple truth that Vegas Uncork'd is tough to compete with and one of the best culinary experiences in the world. Bon Appétit outdid itself with this one.
