As we move into 2020, luxury car manufacturers are continuing to come out with increasingly elegantly-styled and richly-equipped models. And many of us are willing to pay the high prices luxury vehicles command. Quality (30%) trumped affordability (21%) as the most important attribute consumers look for in a luxury car, a recent Brand Watch consumer trends survey reveals. In particular, the Lexus UX 200, Hyundai Azera, and the Genesis GV80 are some of the latest, most impressive luxury cars buyers should be on the lookout for.

Lexus UX 200

The Lexus UX 200 is the brand’s first luxury compact crossover. Compact and highly-maneuverable, this car is designed for city-dwellers while seating up to five passengers. Each offering sleek, eye-catching styling, there are three different trims to choose from Luxury, Sports Luxury, and F Sport. It’s also equipped with a front-wheel drive and 168-horsepower, four-cylinder engine. Inside, the UX 200 offers climate control, leather-accented seats with heating and ventilation, keyless entry and ignition, and a 13-speaker Mark Levinson sound system with a touchpad interface. Prices start at $32,000. It’s possible to find ways to finance a new car purchase by exploring industry resources such as this Auto Credit Express Car Loans Review for 2019. Hyundai Azera

After exiting the U.S. market in 2017, the Hyundai Azera is back with a stunning new look. Boasting a bold, futuristic design, the exterior of this model is inspired by the marque’s Le Fil Rouge concept car. The beautiful diamond-studded grille design integrates the headlamps, which blend in seamlessly when turned off — a feature termed the car’s “Hidden Lighting Lamp” design. The sleek LED taillight spans the width of the rear. Inside, the Azera comes equipped with an impressive 12.3-inch infotainment system. There’s also a leather-wrapped center console with metallic trim and a modern Shift-By-Wire controller (instead of a regular gearshift). Performance specifications are yet to be released, but it’s assumed the Azera will come with several different engines, including a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that produces 140 kW.

Genesis GV80

Genesis, the South Korean luxury brand, is gearing up to release the GV80 SUV — the next-generation G80. Set to rival the likes of the Mercedes E Class and the BMW 5 Series, the GV80 is highly-anticipated among luxury buyers. While its exact details won’t be revealed until early next year, leaked photos of the GV80 at Nurburgring have recently come to light. At 1715mm tall, 4945mm long, and 1975mm wide, the GV80 boasts similar dimensions to the BMW X5. Genesis has also confirmed three different engines for the GV80, including a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 226kW.

These models are just three examples of what discerning luxury car buyers should be looking out for in 2020. With such impressive styling and innovative design, 2020 is certainly set to be an exciting year for luxury cars.
