Park Lane Ala Moana hosted a private Signature Buyer Event at 17th hole of the Northern Trust Open in the Pacific Palisades, California, last week. Guests were treated to a VIP private villa with a gourmet buffet and Blanc des Millenaires champagne. The sun was out and the climate was a perfect 80 degrees as guests watched KJ Choi, Bubba Watson and Adam Scott perform at their highest level. Destination Luxury invited two-time Superbowl Champion Dwight Hicks who joined the festivities.
Park Lane Signature Buyer Events
This event is one of a series of signature events hosted by Park Lane Ala Moana developers. The events are designed to honor Park Lane Ala Moana’s owners and their guests and previous events of this series have included a private dinner with acclaimed three-star Michelin and James Beard Award-winning chef Thomas Keller, a private lounge within Hawaii’s Aloha Bloomingdale’s Gala, to name a few.
Park Lane Ala Moana
Honolulu’s skyline is getting a new addition: In a space dominated by high-rise residences, a renowned, Hawaii-based team of developers has created something entirely different: the area’s first ultra-luxury low-rise community. Park Lane Ala Moana, a limited collection of elegantly appointed homes, features world-class ocean views and resort-style amenities, all with the space and privacy of a single-family estate.
Comprising 217 private-ownership residences, Park Lane’s available-unit prices range from approximately $2.7M to more than $28M, with floor plans ranging from 1,600 to more than 6,000 square feet. The development occupies more than a 7-acre footprint connected to the Bloomingdale’s / Nordstrom wing of Ala Moana Center on Ala Moana Blvd. Park Lane residents will enjoy expansive, unobstructed ocean views, 288-to-1,188 square-foot private lanais, grand courtyards featuring lush, tropical landscaping, resort-style offerings (including a residence club and full spa activation) and concierge services typically reserved for the top echelon of hotels and resorts.
