Prime Time with Jean-Georges Vongerichten at The Bellagio, Thursday, April 23:

New York chef/restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten broke new ground when he created Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio.

Celebrated chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten invited Destination Luxury to experience his steakhouse dining at its finest during this exclusive dinner event. The lakeside patio of Prime Steakhouse sets the stage for an elegant evening and offers magnificent views of The Fountains of Bellagio. Guests were treated to a special four-course dinner, showcasing various cuts of beef served by Jean-Georges himself with premier wine pairings

What more can you say about this “absolutely first-rate steakhouse” from Jean-Georges Vongerichten, where the filets are the finest quality, the wine list is outstanding and the courteous staff makes everyone feel rich– regardless of whether they win at the tables. And let’s not forget the lovely chocolate-and-blue setting or the views of the Bellagio’s dancing fountains.

Savor every rich detail. Award-winning, four-star celebrity chef and restaurateur, Jean-Georges Vongerichten invites you to realize steakhouse dining at its finest with prime steak, seafood and lamb accompanied by fabulous sauces, sides and meticulously selected wines. “I think the role of a chef, is not just to cook, but to create cravings”- Jean-George Vongerichten.

These are amazing views of the fountain show and panoramic 180 degree views of the strip that are simply breathtaking.

A garden patio provides the perfect outdoor setting for a tranquil dining experience during the Vegas Uncork’d weekend. Here pictured above is a Japanese Wagyu Carpaccio

The wine paired perfectly with the progression of the meal.  It’s a delightful experience for the senses.

These succulent dishes are prepared to perfection.  At Prime Steakhouse, you will find some of the best quality meats and seafood. The selection may look like your typical steakhouse offerings, but there’s nothing typical about Prime.

Bone in Rib Eye cooked to perfection at the precise temperature for a gorgeous medium rare center, paired with onion ring tempura and greens.  Of course, steak is king. Prime’s selection includes bone-in ribeye, porterhouse, peppercorn New York steak and A5 Japanese Wagyu beef served with roasted sweet peppers.

Desert was superb. A meal with Chef Jean-George Vongerichten at the breath taking Prime Steakhouse in Las Vegas is nothing short of spectacular. Definitely a must try when you find yourself in the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada.  Be sure to mention Destination Luxury!
