Upon entry into Magnolia House, you'll find yourself dining in an antique home. The space was built in the early 1900 and was a speakeasy during the prohibition era. Appropriately, now it's the hottest cocktail bar in Pasadena.
Few and far between are magical moments such as this when we get the opportunity to interview someone as masterful as Sebastien Silvestri, the VP of Food/Liquor of the enormous Vegas entities, The Venetian and Pallazzo Hotels. He's hosted many luxury events and has put together a roster of the best chefs and mixologists under one roof.
