Few and far between are magical moments such as this when we get the opportunity to interview someone as masterful as Sebastien Silvestri, the VP of Food/Liquor of the enormous Vegas entities, The Venetian and Pallazzo Hotels. He's hosted many luxury events and has put together a roster of the best chefs and mixologists under one roof. She was honored at The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, in London on the 1st June this year.
