Dr. Dre just purchased Tom Brady and Gisele’s mansion for $40 million after selling Beats by Dre to Apple for $3 billion. The house was originally listed for $50 million before this was reported.
The Brentwood property sits on 4 acres with a winding driveway. It includes a center hall, antique doors, limestone, gym, sauna, five bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, covered terraces, and 7 fireplaces. The grounds have an expansive lawn with waterfalls, ponds, infinity pool and massive gardens.
It took Brady and Bunchen 4 years to build this house after buying the land for $11.75 million. They plan to move to the East Coast to live full-time and plan to get a mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts which they have been building.
