Executive Chef Victor Boroda has curated a menu of French-California cuisine. Signature items include the cauliflower steak, lamb meatballs, ahi tuna, and flatbreads.

Head mixologist Ferrari Watts has created the “Le Verger” cocktail program to mimic the Le Jardin space incorporating seasonal produce and herbs from the garden. The wine program has taken a global approach with a focus on femininity to highlight female winemakers from around the world.

Le Jardin at Estéral is whimsical, enchanting and endearing. As you sit on plush pillows and colorful chairs, you are surrounded by blossoming flowers and an assortment of contemporary lighting. The living wall of plants is the perfect backdrop for a fun outdoor dining experience.

BAR RIVIERA 31

Riviera 31 offers a unique mixology program designed by Cocktail Chef Matthew Biancaniello which includes a selection of masterfully crafted cocktails reminiscent of the luxurious retreats of the iconic French Riviera. ARTWORK

Upon entering the main lobby, you will see Knot No. 11, a monumental 16-foot stainless steel sculpture designed by Damon Hidreth. The sculpture is based on legend; that Alexander the Great found the solution to untying this insoluble knot by slicing it in two with his sword, making him the king of Asia.

After a $40 million renovation, American designers Cheryl Rowley and Yabu Pushelberg gave the hotel a polished look by using ash colored granite tile and shimmering mirror columns. Vibrant flowers adorn the lobby with a perfumed aura once you enter the hotel. Behind the sculpture is a magnificent spiral staircase that sits in front of a 23-foot Darren Waterston oil canvas mural entitled Symphonics (2005). This special work can be described as a “multi-valent skyscape” and brings an ethereal feel to the enchanting space.
