On Sunday, September 8th, fashion designer Shahida Clayton of Shahida Parides and Actress and Television Personality Kyle Richards debuted their new women’s clothing brand, Kyle and Shahida, in a runway show at Pier59 Studios during New York Fashion Week.

The premiere collection of Kyle and Shahida was a See-Now-Buy-Now presentation, and the looks on the runway included resort wear, separates, jumpsuits, dusters, blazers, vegan leather leggings, rompers and a variety of dresses.  The colorful custom printed fabrics reflected the designers’ inspiration behind the collection- nature and wildlife, and tropical plants, flowers, sea shells, fish, butterflies, exotic birds and animals of the Serengeti were represented.

Stand out pieces included a beautiful deep v-neck, three tiered nautical themed dress:

A long seashell adorned skirt, paired with lace bralette and sheer blouse.  This look was worn by 90’s Supermodel Patricia Hartmann:

An incredibly chic Aztec Gold ruffled column dress:

A fabulous white and silver lurex ruffled strapless top with skirt:

And, big surprise to show attendees, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills rocked the runway!

The MUA look was executed by Gilbert Soliz for Runway Rogue by Patricia Hartmann, and models wore a brightly colored eye to coordinate with their garment, a glowing highlighted check and a nude glossy lip from the cosmetic brand’s collection of lip products.  Prior to applying the makeup, the model’s skin was prepped using Franz Skincare eye and face serums, allowing for the perfect foundation for cosmetic application.

The Hair look was executed by Kenna for GHD North America , and models wore slicked back, deep side part sculptural wrapped ponytails.

Shoes by Femmes Sans Peur, jewelry by Kenneth Jay Lane  and Caroline Neron, and hats by Eugenia Kim completed the looks, expertly styled by Joan Reidy.

Celebrities who graced the runway included: Erika Girardi, Teddi Mellencamp, Denise Richards, Lisa Rinna,  Dorit Kemsley, Faye Resnick, Sophia Umansky, Alexia Umansky, Patricia Hartmann, Caroline D’Amore, and Caroline Neron.
