Bon Appetit’s Vegas Uncork’d is one of the biggest culinary events in the world. Each year, the event brings together Michelin Star chefs like Wolfgang Puck, Lorena Garcia, and Buddy Valastro. Two of the events this year were the Venetian’s Sweet Escape and Buddy V’s Ultimate Big cake after party at the Dorsey in the Venetian. These events gave the chefs and their guests a chance to give their taste buds a sweet treat, followed by an exquisite culinary dining experience.

Cake Boss’s Buddy Valastro was the host of the Sweet Escape event at the Aquatic Club at the Palazzo. Guests who attended the event were treated to a wall made up of over 3,000 doughnuts as soon as they entered the venue.

The acclaimed chef took the stage during the event to welcome those in attendance as well as give a small speech. The guests were also treated to live music while they enjoyed their drinks and mingled with other fantastic foodies.

During the event the guests were offered delectable treats, like bonbons and beignets from Buddy V’s Ristorante, Bouchon, Carnevino, Chica, Hong Kong Café, Lagasse’s Stadium, LAVO, Mercato della Pescheria, SushiSamba, and TAO restaurants.

After the Sweet Escape event, Valastro took it up a notch in hosting The Ultimate Big Cake And Craft Cocktail After-Party.
