The Tryall Club, Jamaica’s premier private retreat has announced that the property will reopen to international visitors on August 1, 2020. Set on 2,220-acres and home to an exclusive collection of privately owned villas available for rent, the club provides a distinctive escape that offers unspoiled seclusion with unparalleled personalized service as travelers embark on their travels again.
Since opening in 1958 the health and safety of The Tryall Club’s homeowners, guests and valued team members has always been top priority. The Club has carefully prepared for its reopening implementing enhanced protocols and measures in accordance to the standards established by the Ministry of Health and Wellness. The Club along with each private villa residence will be certified by the Tourism Product Development Company, (TPDCo) to meet these measures and provide a safe and clean environment for all. Enhanced protocols and measures include but are not limited to, increased cleaning and sanitization of all high-touchpoint areas, social distancing guidelines in public areas, use of PPE by all Club and Villa staff and intensified training for all team members to uphold these new standards. Private Luxury Villas, Personal Chefs and More
The Tryall Club is home to more than 70 privately owned luxury villas available for rent ranging in size from one-bedrooms to 10-bedrooms. Each villa is unique in its design and experience, allowing travelers to select a villa that best meets their travel needs – whether its a multi-gen family getaway, a tranquil tropical retreat, golf getaway with friends and beyond.
All villas have a dedicated household team including a personal chef who will curate custom culinary menus and in-villa private dining experiences. In addition, the household team can support in arranging an array of in-villa experiences whether it’s a mixology cocktail hour, a family s’mores night or private poolside yoga class. All villa teams have undergone enhanced training on the new health and safety protocols to ensure all villa standards are met throughout guests stay.
New Luxury Beach Club, World-Class Golf Course + Tennis Club
Guests traveling this season will be among the first to experience The Tryall Club’s new luxury Beach Club which debuted in 2020. Designed by Hart Howerton and renowned interior designer, Tom Scheerer, the Beach Club celebrates the classic elegance of the Caribbean while showcasing the natural beauty of its surroundings. Features of the new Beach Club includes a spacious private beachfront with plush lounge chairs, stunning infinity pool with expansive pool deck, Beach Boutique, Adventure Desk and more. The Beach Bar & Grill and Beach Restaurant will remain close until November 2020.
In addition to the Beach Club, golfers can enjoy hitting the links at The Club’s championship golf course which is recognized as one of the finest courses in the Caribbean, while tennis enthusiasts can pick-up a match as the Tennis Club will also reopen on August 1.
Phased Reopening Plan
August 1 will begin Phase 1 of The Tryall Club’s reopening plan opening the Club to international travelers, along with the following facilities: The Beach Club including the private beach, infinity pool, beach boutique and adventure desk; The Tryall Club’s Golf Course, Tennis Club, Craft Market, on property Commissary and private gym. Phase II will begin on November 4 and will include the reopening of The Beach Bar + Grill at The Beach Club. Phase III will begin on November 21 with all facilities fully open including the Beach Restaurant and Children’s Club.
