The space

Private bedrooms in the 1- and 2-bedroom units offer a degree of privacy (for you or for the mess of dirty clothes you’d rather nobody else see) not found in hotel rooms, and spacious living areas with ample seating are a much better place to gather family, friends or the corporate team than a hotel room, where meeting with more than one person means using the end of a bed for seating.
