The 20th anniversary of the Happy Sport watches line, with Diamantissimo. This watch took over 4,500 hours of labor and is made out of 18 carat white gold with 2,936 diamonds equaling to 65 carats.
9. PATEK PHILIPPE 2499 – $2,280,000.
This is a Patek Philippe pink gold watch that includes a perpetual calender chronograph and was sold at Christie’s in May of 2007. This watch also includes a hand that tells the wearer what phase the moon is currently in.
8. PARMIGIANI FLEURIER FIBONACCI POCKET WATCH – $2,400,000.
This Fibonacci pocket watch has mother-of-pearl counters and a dial of white gold. Its case is detailed with the enameling of a lotus flower that mimics Fibonacci’s Golden Rule, seen in nature as a snail shape. The watch has a minute repeater with cathedral chimes and perpetual calendar. The process of making this watch can take all the way up to two years.

The Frank Muller Aeternitas Mega 4 Grande Sonnerie Westminster Carillon is the most complicated watch in the world. It has 36 different complications and is made of 1,483 individual components. The title of most complicated watch was previously held by the Patek Philippe Caliber 89.
6. CARTIER SECRET WATCH WITH PHOENIX DECOR – $2,755,000.
The only of its kind, Cartier Secret watch with phoenix decor is a unique watch shaped as a phoenix and made up of 18 carat, rhodium-plated white gold. The phoenix has emerald eyes and a diamond for a beak that weighs in at 3.53 carats. The piece is totally covered in 3,010 diamonds totaling 80.13 carats.
5. PIAGET EMPERADOR TEMPLE – $3,300,000.
This watch, named the Piaget Emperador Temple features 481 brilliant-cut diamonds, 207 baguette-cut diamonds and an emerald cut diamond on the first part of the case. On the second part of the case there is another watch with a tourbillon and a dial of Polynesian mother-0f-pearl with 162 brilliant-cut diamonds and 11 baguette-cut diamonds. The bracelet of the watch has 350 baguette-cut diamonds on it.

This is the world’s most expensive watch at twenty-five million dollars. It’s made out of 15-carat pink diamond, a 12-carat blue diamond and an 11-carat white diamond. The watch includes white gold and yellow gold as well with 163 carats of smaller diamonds, resulting in the watch having a grand total of 201 carats.
