This is the apartment building that even most millionaires can’t afford to live in. London’s One Hyde Park, constructed by engineering firm Laing O’Rourke in 2011 for the developer Candy & Candy, is the most expensive apartment building in the world that made headlines today with the sale of an ultra luxury penthouse for a record $237 million dollars to an unnamed Eastern European buyer according to Business Insider. The images below are mostly of a five bedroom suite which also includes five bathrooms, five reception rooms, leisure facilities, a balcony, private parking, a communal garden, a swimming pool, and of course a porter/concierge. The suite, which is just over 8992 square feet, comes with an asking price of $114,877,485.86- by comparison, the penthouse that sold for the record $237 million was 16,000 square feet.
