Just in time for the holidays, Hennessy has introduced its latest collectible bottle—the Hennessy Very Special Collector’s Edition. The world’s most recognizable brand of cognac has teamed up with Alexandre Manuel Dias Farto, an urban artist who goes by the name Vhils, to produce this year’s collector’s item. The bottle’s limited release includes 100 individual pieces hand-signed and designed by the renowned Portuguese artist, using his signature sculptural technique.

Hennessy’s collector’s edition bottle was unveiled at a celebrity-filled event earlier this month during Miami’s annual art festival. Hip-hop legend Nas; DJ TJ Mizell, son of the late, groundbreaking Hip-Hop DJ Jam Master Jay; and model Chanel Iman were on hand for the celebration. This year’s festival marked Vhils’ first solo art showing inside the Goldman Global Arts (GGA) gallery. Twenty-eight of his original works are on display, many of which have sold and are already considered modern classics.

The Hennessy Very Special Collector’s Edition by urban artist Vhils is available for purchase (750 ml, suggested retail price, $1,000) via Clos19, LVMH’s e-commerce site, the parent company of the Hennessy brand. Reinforcing Hennessy’s commitment to the arts, a portion of each sale will go to Pratt Institute’s graduate program.
