We could all use a good dose of fresh air. Soak it up at Scusi Trattoria! The PGA Commons restaurant is now open and offering expansive alfresco dining. Scusi’s patio and newly added clear-top tent allow up to 100 guests to enjoy the outdoors, while staying socially distanced.
Inside the coastally chic dining room, customers will find plexiglass dividers. The entire restaurant is deeply sanitized daily and hand sanitizer stations have been added, along with touchless faucets in the restrooms. Scusi’s Southern Italian, chef-created entrees are now outlined on paper menus, and all silverware and napkins are wrapped in plastic sleeves.
“Our entire team has completed COVID-19 best practices training through the Florida Restaurant Association. We are also implementing procedures that have been tested and succeeded at partner and Executive Chef Laurent Tourondel’s other restaurants,” said Scusi Trattoria’s General Manager Mark DeAtley. “We are taking every precaution to make sure our guests have an enjoyable, socially distanced experience while they are at Scusi.”
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to have their temperatures taken. In compliance with the recent Palm Beach County mandate, when not seated at the table, customers will be asked to wear masks. Scusi team members are wearing masks and gloves, having their temperatures checked before each shift, and are completing daily health questionnaires.
Scusi checks all the boxes for a safe and comfortable evening out, and with bottles of wine at 50% off during the month of July, what more could you ask for? Scusi is open Tuesday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Takeout and delivery are also available. Takeout orders over $100 will receive a complimentary bottle of wine.
