Park City, Utah – This summer, The St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah is hosting a series of exclusive Alpine Yoga Wellness Retreats with celebrated V Art of Wellness creators Tracie and Christopher Vlaun. The husband-wife team’s unique lifestyle philosophy, featuring multi-modal cross training systems, enables them to teach people of all fitness levels to focus on transformation from the inside out. The Vlauns will lead the retreatsJune 24 – July 1, July 23-26 and August 20-23.
The V Art of Yoga Wellness Retreats courses, which are available to both hotel guests and area residents, include Aeroga, Peak Performance Bootcamp, Band & Bodyweight Blast, Powerflow Yoga and Alpine Fit. Emphasis is placed on harnessing innate athletic potential by incorporating natural resistance movements designed to nurture agility, flexibility and power – a key feature of the V Art of Wellness training style.
